How We Pack Glassware for Retail and Export
We do not treat the box as an item to choose after the product quote. The glass shape, accessories, sales channel, destination, and piece count decide the packing structure and carton cost.
Retail box
We size the box around the approved glass and reserve the required space for barcode, brand insert, product information, and inner protection.
Gift box
We build the presentation around the final teapot, pitcher, cup, or jar set. The piece list must be fixed before the insert is designed.
Insert and divider
We choose paper insert, pulp tray, EVA, or carton divider according to the product shape, weak points, sales channel, and buyer requirement.
Label and sticker
We check the logo sticker, warning label, barcode, country mark, and carton label against the buyer's final files before packing.
E-commerce packing
We add protection for single-item parcel handling when the order is intended for Amazon, Shopify, or another direct-to-consumer channel.
Export carton
We confirm inner count, master-carton strength, carton mark, pallet request, dimensions, and destination notes from the final packing method.
Protected staging
Glassware is protected between production and packing steps.
Fragile products cannot be left loose while waiting for the next process. Protected staging keeps pieces separated before the final retail pack and export-carton method are confirmed.
