Before shipment
How We Check Glassware Before Shipment
We ask buyers to identify the defects and dimensions that matter before bulk production. Final inspection is more useful when the approved sample, logo file, packing instruction, labels, and acceptance points are already clear.
Glass rim and appearance
We check the rim, visible chips, cracks, serious bubbles or marks, and handling feel against the agreed sample and acceptance points.
Size and capacity
We compare capacity, diameter, height, and the buyer's important tolerances before the product enters final packing.
Lid and accessory fit
We assemble the wood lid, straw, handle, filter, silicone part, or replacement accessory that belongs to the approved set.
Logo and decoration
We check position, size, color reference, print clarity, and obvious alignment problems against the final approved artwork.
Packing and labels
We verify inner protection, piece count, barcode, label, carton mark, and export-carton method against the packing instruction.
Release evidence
We prepare inspection or packing photos when agreed so the buyer can review the order condition before shipment handover.
Production evidence
Finished glassware at the manual checking station.
Before packing, the team handles real pieces and can review appearance, rim condition, accessory fit, and the agreed order details. The exact inspection plan is confirmed for each product and order.

Add QC Notes to Your Sample Request
Tell us which defects are critical, which dimensions need a tolerance, and what the sample must prove before approval. We will align those points with the model and sample stage.
