These terms apply to the Guangyi Glass website. The site is a B2B product-sourcing and inquiry channel, not a consumer checkout store. A separate written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, or other accepted contract governs an actual order and takes priority over these website terms.
Website information is not a binding offer
Product models, capacities, dimensions, MOQ ranges, sample timing, customization examples, packaging options, and production-planning explanations help buyers prepare an RFQ. They are not a final offer, warranty, reserved production slot, or promise of availability. We reconfirm the selected SKU, quantity, material, tolerances, accessories, artwork, packing, QC points, price, trade terms, and dated schedule in writing.
Samples, quotations, and orders
A sample confirms only the points stated in the sample plan. A current-model sample does not automatically approve a new logo, color, accessory, retail box, or bulk tolerance. A quotation can change when the specification, quantity split, destination, currency, freight, packaging, or approval schedule changes. An order starts only under the acceptance and payment conditions stated in the applicable written order document.
Production and supplier disclosure
Guangyi Glass is the customer-facing supply and export brand operated by the registered trading entity identified on our About and Privacy pages. We coordinate development, sampling, packaging, quality checks, and order follow-up with production partners. The responsible production site and manufacturer are confirmed for each order before contracting; website wording or workshop images do not by themselves identify the manufacturer for every product.
Reference files and intellectual property
When you share a logo, drawing, photo, packaging file, trademark, or link, you confirm that you are authorized to use it for the requested review. You allow us and the production or packaging partners involved in that review to use the material only as reasonably needed to evaluate, quote, sample, or perform the requested project. Do not send confidential files before the parties agree on any confidentiality requirement you need.
Acceptable use
Do not attack or bypass site security, submit malware, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or company, send unlawful content, or use product materials in a misleading way. We may block abusive traffic and preserve necessary security records.
Product images, specifications, and third-party claims
We aim to keep product data useful, but screen color, photography, source-catalog information, and pre-production details may differ from the final approved item. Buyers should approve the written specification and, where needed, a physical or documented sample. Certifications, test reports, origin documents, and compliance requirements are confirmed for the specific product, destination, and order; the site does not grant a certification that has not been supplied in writing.
External services and links
The site may link to WhatsApp, email, maps, social networks, file-sharing services, analytics providers, or other third parties. Their availability, security, and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not make us responsible for an external service.
Availability and liability
We may correct errors, update content, limit abusive access, or change site functions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for preliminary business information and we are not liable for decisions made without a confirmed written specification or contract. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and order-specific terms
We may update these website terms and show the revised date above. For an actual transaction, the signed or otherwise accepted order documents, including agreed specifications and remedies, control any conflict with this page.
